Mango & Raspberry Popsicles

Popsicles!! Who doesn’t love the refreshing taste of a Popsicle. Better yet.. It’s image is universally known around the world.. So children from different parts of the world enjoy these treats particularly during the warmer months.

The best thing about homemade Popsicles is the single fact that WE know what exactly goes into them. No added nasties or preservatives … just good wholesome ingredients.

Commonly Popsicles are made using fruit, however nowadays, we try to smuggle in green vegetables in our children’s meals to add extra nutrients to their diet. Why not do that with a Popsicle?

They will never know … trust me!



1 mango
1 banana
1 Tbs LSA
1 cup of Jalna “sweet & creamy” Greek yogurt


1 punnet of Raspberries, washed.
1 Tbs LSA
1 cup of Jalna “sweet & creamy” Greek yogurt


Blend ingredients in a blender (Mango first, rinse blender, then raspberry ingredients.
Pour mixture into molds and place a pop-stick in the middle.
Freeze for 6 hours

NOTE: LSA is grounded linseed, sunflower, and almond. It is high in fibre and very nutritious. It can be found in Supermarkets and Heath Food stores.
