“The Hulk” Popsicles

Popsicles!! Who doesn’t love the refreshing taste of a Popsicle. Better yet.. It’s image is universally known around the world.. So children from different parts of the world enjoy these treats particularly during the warmer months.

The best thing about homemade Popsicles is the single fact that WE know what exactly goes into them. No added nasties or preservatives … just good wholesome ingredients.

Commonly Popsicles are made using fruit, however nowadays, we try to smuggle in green vegetables in our children’s meals to add extra nutrients to their diet. Why not do that with a Popsicle?

They will never know … trust me!


Handful spinach leaves
1 Apple
1 kiwi
Squeeze of lemon
1/2 cucumber


Blend all ingredients and pour into molds.
Note: Add pieces of Kiwi as a special effect.
