White Choc Bark

Christmas is such a joyous time of year. It’s also the perfect excuse to eat indulgent foods.

This white chocolate bark is filled with some delicious super foods that give this recipe it’s extra crunch and delicious texture.

The pomegranate seeds give each taste a burst of juicy flavour, keeping each and every bite Moreish.

This recipe is also perfect as a gift to a specially someone. Place in a beautiful mason jar and it will beat any old box of choccies.


500grams of Cadbury White cooking chocolate
1/2 cup of chopped pistachio nuts
1/4 cup white chia seeds
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 dried cranberries.


Over a low flame, melt the cooking chocolate as per packet instructions.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the melted chocolate into the tray.
Scatter the pistachio nuts, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and dried cranberries over the top of the chocolate… Pat them down slightly.
Place in the fridge for up to 2 hrs. Once set cut using a kitchen knife.
